Delivery Methods and Costs

Orders will be mailed to the recipient via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service in the UK and via USPS Priority mail service in the US. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout screen of the online store. EquiNutritive will not be responsible for refunds of any shipping costs incurred by the customer for purcahse or return.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If the time between order and dispatch will exceed 3 working days, you will be notified by email. Generally, delivery takes 2 working days however in some cases may take up to 7 working days. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays. 

Refund and Returns Policy

EquiNutritive will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 7 days from the date of receipt. The items must be new in condition and appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from EquiNutritive. Should the customer wish to cancel an order within 7 days of purchase, a refund will be issued to the customer. Items not purchased directly from EquiNutritive must be returned to the place of purchase.

Returns Process


Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a resellable condition.

  • Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Be certain that the item was purchased directly from EquiNutritive

  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Please send back items that are in an 'as new' condition to the address below:

  • We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Authorised Return Number.
  • EquiNutritive will not absorb the costs of return shipping. You will be issued a refund for the value of purchase only. 

Exchange


To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be refunded to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.
