Importantly, you must not use or apply any of our trademarks without our consent. Our trademarks include our name, our logos, our slogans and the names of our competitions.

10. Refund and Returns Policy: EquiNutritive will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 7 days from the date of receipt. The items must be new in condition and appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from EquiNutritive. Should the customer wish to cancel an order within 7 days of purchase, a refund will be issued to the customer. Items not purchased directly from EquiNutritive must be returned to the place of purchase. Returns Process
: Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a resellable condition.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please send back items that are in an 'as new' condition to the address below:

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Authorised Return Number. Exchange
: To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be refunded to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.

11 General matters: If we need to notify you of any matter relating to these Terms of Use and you have given us your contact details, we ask, and you agree, that we may use post, fax or email to the relevant contact details notified to us. If we do use email, you will be taken to have received the email if it leaves our servers, unless we receive evidence to the contrary. United Kingdom law governs these Terms of Use. If any of these Terms of Use are invalid, unenforceable or illegal in a particular jurisdiction, that term will be struck out for that jurisdiction only and the remaining terms will remain in full force. If we do not act in relation to a particular breach by you of these Terms of Use, this will not be treated as a waiver by us of our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
