Nope! There is no loading dose for B-Complete - it should be introduced to your horse's diet gradually (in the same way you would with any other feed) up until you're feeding the full daily feeding rate appropriate for your horse's size and needs. 

B-complete should not pose any risk to a mare in foal, however it is essential to check with your vet before feeding to a mare in foal.
