We offer a 60 day money-back guarantee upon receipt of your order. If, after you have tried the product daily for a minimum of 30 days you are not satisfied with the results we will refund your original purchase. Please note we do not offer a money-back guarantee on our bulk sacks of 15-20kg. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We will not be able to offer a refund if you contact us far outside of the 60-day window, or if you have not been feeding the supplements daily.  

For most horses one box should be enough to determine the effectiveness of the product for your horse. Because of this, we are only able to honour the guarantee for 1 box of product per household.

If you purchased more than one box, we will be more than happy to apply the guarantee to 1 opened box, any other unopened tubs can be returned and refunded separately.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF:

• You have purchased a bulk size sack. The guarantee does not apply to 15kg, 17kg or 20KG sizes. The smaller boxes provide more than enough product to determine results. 
• You have not checked the ingredients or noticed your horse doesn't eat one of the ingredients. We give a full list of ingredients on both the website.
• You have contacted us later than the 60 days from receipt of the order.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Equinutritive will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 7 days from the date of receipt. The items must be new in condition and appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from equinutritive.com. Should the customer wish to cancel an order within 14 days of purchase, a refund will be issued to the customer. Items not purchased directly from equinutritive.com must be returned to the place of purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a resellable condition.

• Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 14 days.
• Be certain that the item was purchased directly from equinutritive.com
• Email enquiries@equinutritive.com to get an Authorised Returns Number.
• Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

• We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
• Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Authorised Return Number.
• Equinutritive will not absorb the costs of return shipping. You will be issued a refund for the value of purchase only. 

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be refunded to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.

DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS

Orders will be mailed to the recipient via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or ParcelForce in the UK (depending on weight of items). Equinutritive offers free shipping on all orders over £20 throughout the UK. For orders under £20, shipping is £1.99. Additional shipping costs may apply for orders placed in the Republic of Ireland. equinutritive.com will not be responsible for refunds of any shipping costs incurred by the customer for purchase or return.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If normal conditions apply, orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (working days only) and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.  If the time between order and dispatch will exceed 3 working days, you will be notified by email.

Generally, delivery takes 2 working days however in some cases may take up to 7 working days. We are unable to replace lost shipments until 10 days after dispatch. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays. 

ORDER TRACKING

Equinutritive will provide a tracking number via email once an order has been dispatched. In order to receive this email, it is important the email address 'enquiries@equinutritive.com' is whitelisted in the inbox of the buyer. Tracking numbers can be used to independently track an order.
