Currently, we are dispatching orders as normal with added safety precautions in place for our staff and delivery partners. Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be sent out same working day and next working day if ordered after 1pm or over the weekend. All orders are being dispatched on a 48 hour service.
Unfortunately, due to current circumstances, our delivery partners Royal Mail and ParcelForce have had to reduce their staff and orders are taking longer than normal to be delivered. Most orders are being delivered within 3 working days of dispatch, however some are taking as long as 10 working days at this time.
If your parcel is delayed, we will be happy to assist in tracking it down, but we would ask for your patience at this time as getting parcel details is a longer process at the moment and our customer service teams are working from home.

Orders will be mailed to the recipient via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or ParcelForce in the UK (depending on weight of items). Equinutritive offers free shipping on all orders throughout the UK. Additional shipping costs may apply for orders placed in the Republic of Ireland. equinutritive.com will not be responsible for refunds of any shipping costs incurred by the customer for purchase or return.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If normal conditions apply, orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (working days only) and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. If the time between order and dispatch will exceed 3 working days, you will be notified by email.
Generally, delivery takes 2 working days however in some cases may take up to 7 working days. We are unable to replace lost shipments until 10 days after dispatch. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays.
Equinutritive will provide a tracking number via email once an order has been dispatched. In order to receive this email, it is important the email address 'email@example.com' is whitelisted in the inbox of the buyer. Tracking numbers can be used to independently track an order.
