Our products are suitable for all types of horses and ponies including ones that have and are prone to ulcers and laminitis. However, none of our supplements are suitable to give to a mare in foal.
We do not provide samples for any of our products as it takes up to 14 days before you can start to see benefits. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
None of our supplements require a loading dose and all feeding instructions will be found on the label.
Yes, all of our supplements are palatable and horses normally enjoy the taste and smell.
How long each product will last will depend on the size of the product and what dosage you are feeding daily. For guidance visit each product page for product specific information.
The description on each product page should indicate whether or not a product will be suitable for or useful to your horse. To find out how each product can help your horse visit the individual product pages.
When signing up to get the first time buyer discount of 10%, you will first receive an email to confirm your subscription and giving us permission to send you further emails. Once you have confirmed this, you will then receive a separate email with your own unique discount code. This code is valid for 14 days only and cannot be applied post-purchase. You must enter the code at the checkout in order to avail of this offer. Please note that the code can not be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be used once.
There are few top reasons that you might be having trouble with your discount code:
1. Codes are not valid to be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. If you have opted into a recurring subscribe and save purchase, the code cannot be applied. Please ensure you have selected 'One time purchase' on the product page.
2. Entering the discount code incorrectly - we advise to copy and paste directly from the email to make sure it is accurate. All hyphens must be included in the code and codes are case sensitive.
3. Trying to use an expired code. Please check on the email you received the code in for the expiry date. An expired code will not work.

If you order before 1pm Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 1pm or on a weekend, your parcel will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are dispatched on a 2 day service. However due to covid-19 and reduced staff levels parcels are currently experiencing delays. Thank you for your patience at this time.
